Dear Fellow Members,

All students' future is in the hands of, especially, both parents and teachers. All teachers working in Tamil medium schools must aware of jobs needed in  both Government and Private Organisations in the world. Keeping in mind them, teachers should teach students. 

First they must know Spoken english.  Teachers should take steps to teach studentsSpoken English.  The teachers should initiate steps to get the students equal to English medium students.  The teachers should encourage students to talk in English. They should make students read English News Papers.  The teachers must ask the students to ask doubts to teachers.  If they do, even the teachers will learn a lot. 

The students have to study under Tamilnadu Govt's Samacheer Kalvi System.  It is not an easy job to make all the students learn every thing, but it is a must and their duty.  The teachers should know the Rules and Regulations in English Medium Schools.  The Principal or Treasurer in Private Schools do not allow teachers of lacking skills.  If any student fails in any subject, the teacher in English Medium School will reply to the Principal.  Keeping in mind, the teachers working in Govt. Schools should encourage all students to study more and more and getting higher marks.

I request all Parents in Parents & Teachers Association to take action  against the responsible person if any student fails in getting higher marks.  

And I request members of Eruvadi council to allot separate place for Women in Public Library in Eruvadi.  And I would like to request you to change the library in North Main Road.
